standing btnp @ 47kg 10/10/7 + 27 +2.5kg (25)rep goal
chin ups @ bw 5/4/5 = 14 (max reps)
bar dips @ bw 12/9/8 = 29 (max reps)
morning weight no cloths and empty stomach.
bw 95kg / 210lbs + 8lbs
chest = 45 and half inch. + half inch.
shoulders = 54 inch
arms = 15 and half inch, starting to peak over the half inch mark.
waist = 42 half inch, + half inch, oh well need to eat, lol.
upper thigh = 25 and half inch, + half inch
calf = 15 and half inch.
happy with gains looking more solid @ 210lbs, last time i bulked to 210 i looked fat.
overall added half a inch to chest or back i measure all around back to chest so it could be back size i have gained not chest but pecs are looker a bit bigger, and a half inch gain on upper thighs.
