I don't have whey isolate or bulk leucine (I need to pick up the latter), so here's the breakdown of my typical training day
8:30am: Wake up (gotta love college lol)
9:30am: 2 cups coffee w/ 1 tb VCO
12:30pm: Protein + fat meal (typically ~1100 cals)
5:00pm: intra workout/bcaas
6:00pm: 2 scoops whey blend + 10g creatine - 240 cals
(walk back from gym to my house)
6:15pm: 3 servings of instant white rice (135g carbs) - 600cals
7:30pm: some sort of high GI cereal + almond milk (fruity pebbles or corn flakes) - 400-500 cals
8:45pm: 1 scoop BCAAs (for the lecuine) lean meat (pork tenderloin, turkey, chx) + dirty carbs (ice cream, french fries, cookies) - the remainder of my calories
I find that keeping my backload to about 2.5hrs is best for my sleep and mirror appearance the next morning.
