Use heat: tiger balm or something similar and also perform the following stretches:
Lie on back, pull one knee to the chest, hold for 10-15 seconds and then switch legs, then do both at the same time
Stretch your lats by holding onto a door frame with a flat back bent at the waist and tilt your hips to the side opposite to the hand holding the door
