ME Squat Day
Tonight was cambered squats with 2 chains, I worked to a smooth strong PR of 160kg, this moved well but since it was a PR I left it at that, I then hit various backoff sets between 70-80ish% of max, totaling about 30 reps I think. I then moved on to super high rep accessory, legs are feeling it since the break so the idea was to get as much blood as I could into the lower body, I feel better this morning already.
