As for foods, people with all blood types can have allergies and intolerances to the same foods so that discounts their ideas of avoid this food if you happen to be in group A or B etc, since someone in the opposite group may have issues with a food they claim is fine for their diet/blood grouping.
Thanks for your input. I was not aware of the exercise suggestions. Everyone should exercise so I totally disagree with that aspect.
