My brother is a big believer in this! Havin the same blood type, he always says do this you shouldn't eat that, bla bla bla. Even had me read our section of the book. I'm not knocking anyone that believes in this all.
I'll die before I give up potatoes! And there's other things too.
Most people feel better when starting any diet. If you eat more fresh foods, less processed garbage, you WILL feel better. This isn't because you have a certain blood type, it's just healthy eating. There are people that can't handle certain foods or have allergies, but this is genetic, not blood related.
But whatever makes you healthy and happy!
