Squat 2 x 5 with 207.5 lbs
Sldl 1 x 10 with 177.5 lbs
Bench 2 x 5 with 161 lbs
BB Row 2 x 5 with 131 lbs
Static Grip :40 with 185lbs

Little bit of progress. I got a little greedy with my free time last week and did too much in regards to my schedule, but oh well. The numbers are up a little, and bodyweight is the same so we're good.
