4/3: Morning weight - 171.4lbs

~3400 calories, 350g carbs (mostly instant white rice and ice cream)
I stopped drinking water voraciously by 9pm, which helped me sleep (read: didn't wake up to pee) and gave me a more accurate representation of myself in the mirror. Also had a BM yesterday so that probably attributed to change in weight.
