no doubt, I totally agree with that. I think that there's better backloading foods, but at the end of the day, you have to find foods that you respond best to.
For clean carbs, I seem to respond well to instant white rice. For dirty carbs, ice cream has been working quite nicely. I have also found frozen french fries to work decently, but I have yet to try potatoes in their unadulterated form
