A day late on the logging for 4-2-13 session fell asleep as soon as I got home late night.

Squats - Warm up 1x140x5, 1x190x5, 3x270x10,
Bench Press - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 2x245x7, 1x245x8
Barbell Incline Bench Press - 3x175x10
Wide Grip Pull Ups- 3xBWx10
Seated Cable Row 3x140x10,
Tricep Pushdowns - 3x80x10
DB Curl -3x35x10
DB lateral raises - 3x35x10,
Rear delt raises - 2x35x10, 1x35x8
Rotary Calf - 3x145x10
Deadlift - 1x155x5, 1x205x5, 1x245x5, 1x295x5, 1x350x3
Standing Cable Crunch - 2x75x15, 1x75x13

Good session glad on my squat rep increase felt good, taking it easy on my bench making sure form and shoulder stay pain free. Very glad with my Deadlift push for a new max hit 3 reps with what felt like 2 in the tank, grip felt solid as well so was very glad with todays session.
