My struggles deadlifting seemed to have resloved themseleves by deadlifting a heck of alot more
My own plan consists of getting up to 95kg to compete at 93kg and tbh not undully concerned if a solid part of that is fat
I will be front, middle and backloading carbs
Thanks. I am seriously considering adding in more deadlifts to my plans with a lighter session.
