Thanks Steve. Noticed a couple of things which I think will improve my pulls:

- I need to keep my head more neutral throughout the pull rather than throwing it back.
- I need to stop bending my ****ing arms at the start of the pull!

Work in progress.

Back in tomorrow for heavy bench and squat reps.
