I read the book and found the foods I had naturally gravitated toward and away from lined up with the blood-type diet recommendations...
I'm type-O... "Original" classic meat-eater, high fat, lower-carb.... working well for me
I agree with Babs above though... the exercise prescription part is BS... metabolism and body-type is very trainable...food allergies are too, but much less so...
