As I wrote in my thread about trying on a bench shirt for the first time, I did a little pressing today. Not too much, and certainly not a session in and of itself. Tomorrow I'll get back to my Sheiko training. It'll be deadlifts and bench presses. My hands are pretty ripped up from my last deadlift session, so I'll be using straps for all my heavy work. It should be a good day.

My diet is going very well so far. no gimmicks, just a lower intake, and so far hunger has been a non-issue, although i have been a little crampy even with plenty of water in me. I should start to see the scale moving soon.
