I don't really think much to it; mainly because they also insist that people should or should not do certain types of exercise which would mean half the people here shouldn't be doing weight lifting.

As for foods, people with all blood types can have allergies and intolerances to the same foods so that discounts their ideas of avoid this food if you happen to be in group A or B etc, since someone in the opposite group may have issues with a food they claim is fine for their diet/blood grouping.
