I'm getting a decent amount of veggies during ulc but I've gotta up it. Aren't quick oats to low of gi according to Kiefer?

According to the index provided, instant oats has a GI of 83. Which puts it in top 7.
I've been pounding instant white rice (GI=89), fruit pebbles, corn flakes (GI=93)
