I never got into adding things to my Protein shake, don't really like it and it takes away from the flavor of the shake itself. I am addicted to almonds I think, off season I will switch up the nuts from almonds to cashews or pecans. Both of these have a good balance of omega 3s and omega 6s. Its hard to find them unsalted and they don't taste as good unsalted, thats why I only do them off season. Prep time I stick with unsalted almonds.
