Bench/Squat Day

Tonight I did chaos benching with 20kg of plates hanging from the bar, I worked around 70-80% for reps, these blew me up. I am really digging the crazy bell stuff, if you want to smoke your muscles with a new stimulus I would say try em, they are even better for squats. I did chaos squats after! To a heavy max single then backed off with doubles and a 10 repper to finish. Solid night.

Bench/Squat Day 2/4/13

20kg Chaos Bench

4x4 50kg
2x3 57.5kg
2x2 62.5kg

30kg Chaos Squat

1x2 95kg
1x1 110kg
1x1 125kg
1x1 136kg (PR)
8x2 100kg 1-1.5 min rest
1x10 80kg

All weights listed donít include the weight of the plates hanging.
