Yup SA. Although the book did say db would put mass on while keeping bf% the same at higher bf%. Thanks for input LD.

Anyway, I got those low carb feels.

The hiit yesterday did a pretty good job. Will do more tomorrow.
Foods:
coffees with heavy cream and coconut oil.
12 oz cheddar burger on bed of spinach.
3 hard boiled eggs
2 string cheese
green olives
Some almonds
Can of chicken breast with hot sauce.
more eggs later
Whey
Giant Chicken Caesar salad 6 net carbs

18 net carbs today, based off LD's advice.
