Good day building my lifting mentality. I previously had 3 reps on 120 and when I saw the bar today I told to myself ''ok, you are not leaving this place unless you hit at least 5 reps'' and... voila! had a pain on front deltoid during hanging leg raises and did only 3 sets. It's happened before too so it might not be my exercise.
