330g carbs, ~3400 calories

4/2: Morning weight of 172.6lbs
Probably gonna shoot for ~300g carbs today

Mirror has been showing solid progress, waking up tight and abs showing - the only downside I've noticed on this diet is a dramatic decrease in bowl movements. I haven't gone since March 30th. I may start adding in psyllium husk during my ULC period to get things moving lol

Lemme me know if that's too much info/too graphic lol, but I figured I should present the highs and low of this diet haha
