BB Bench 62.5 kg x 4,4,4 = 12 (15)

Press 40 kg x 10,6,7 = 23 (25) +2 [ REP PR ]

DB Row 30 kg x (12,12) (10,10) (8,8) = 30 (25) + 9

V pulldown 60 kg x 9,7,6 = 22 (30)[PR]

Tri Extensions 25kg x 12,12 = 24 (20)

Good workout overall, my best bench has been one set of 5 with 65 kg so im approaching that for 3 sets. The DB row has never felt so light, the last time i DB rowed with 30 kg i only got 7 reps on every set so this was a huge improvement.

Post-workout :
5 eggs, 4 strips of bacon, glass of milk + PB in around 1000 calories may be a breakfast PR
