Time for another edition of Getting K-Otic, I'm your host, Jerod. So today was an awesome workout. I wanted to do some more, but I really didn't know what to continue with, and I was getting pretty hungry as well. I intended to go with 25 minutes prior today rather than 20, however I got sidetracked en route to the gym and it wound up being more like 35. Not a big deal, and no real difference was noted in the intensity of the rest workout, however, the beginning was pretty good today compared to previous days. 30-35 minutes might be the ticket.
Not very likely anything is going to change here, as the product seems consistent throughout the tub. No reason to believe the last scoop will mix any different than the first.
Not sure what the issue was today, but the taste was a bit too strong. Most likely connected to the things I'd already eaten and had to drink. However, this is important. I ended up mixing with around 24oz of water to get it watered down enough to drink easily.
Same as previous days, plenty of energy, though still not quite as strong as you'd expect from the label and the 300mg of caffeine. I may fiddle with the dosing a little, possibly add a quarter scoop next time just to see if it makes a difference.
Had a great workout today, definitely fueled by K-Otic. Minor caffeine let down later, but manageable with a cup of joe.
