Awe shit Rich - this is not what I was hoping to read, but I certainly know what your going thru. Stay optimistic. Go get that shoulder looked at now. If you cannot even lift 135, there is definitely something more amiss than some tlc can look after. I don't think the shoulder is anything to screw around with. Is there a sports medicine clinic you can go to? I had to wait 6 months for my appointment for my back, which just happens to be tomorrow!
