Good evening, everyone,

I know some of you think the gym and squat rack were my church and altar. In a sense, they were. At the time, I felt I had to focus only on being an athlete and competing.

And when training was over, I used my 'home' as a place where I thought about the next workout, the next session, ate, slept, until I met Cha. I had it all wrong.

Your time in the gym is yours, no doubt. But your time at home, it's about your FAMILY. You need that 'peace' and 'solidity' so you can become the best man.

I've heard it all. It makes no sense in thinking being selfish to be the best athtlete is the route to take. It's just a feeble excuse to not face your responsibilities as a family member.

Bottom line, when you win or lose, family is all you have. Don't risk losing there, because one day, you'll have to retire.

Thank you.

p.s. My turn to cook tonight, so keeping it simple. Pork chops, steamed white rice, cuke/carrot salad. I'll do some FV later.
