I think I've been going about this diet all wrong. I'm going to keep it simple. I'm going to eat 2300 calories every day. If I stay under, fine, but I'm not going over even on training days. The only gimick I'm going to implement is carb cycling, going low carb on non-training days, and the only reason I'm going low carb is because it's much easier for me to stay under my calorie goals.
I've got to get my weight under control. I'm getting stronger. Much stronger, and I'm getting bigger in good ways, but I can't gain weight right now. I'd really like to compete in the 220 class, so I need to at least get down to the mid 220's.
