Bench/Squat Day

I just spent a few nice relaxing days at the lake, took a few days off just to relax with the family. I did chins at the playground every chance I could and some bodyweight squats etc. Anyways, by the time I got home I was fiending for some heavy iron, I benched vs 2 chains for some sets, these felt great. I then hit paused squats with an orange band, my freakin hip was tight as shit though, always the case after time off like that. I did about 20ish backoff reps and called it. I went back in later that night and hit SSB squats with 4 chains, where I hit a heavy but nice PR, I did another 25 backoff reps there and then pulled sumo vs 3 chains. I am tinkering with my foot position for pulls in an effort to see what gives me more speed/strength off the floor. I tend to squat with my toes fairly straight and started doing the same with deadlifts by default, my floor strength has gone to shit and I am thinking its for that reason. Anyways solid day of lifting.

Sumo Deadlift + 3 Chains

4x3 135kg
3x2 145kg
5x1 160kg

Will try do lots of accessory tonight for the legs, to get as much blood into them as I can.
