Progress today. Skipped calves as I ran out of time, but other than that, everything went well.

My lower back was tight and achy going in, so today I made an effort to be controlled of every squat rep. No more dive bombing. Looked better overall, but the last rep on most sets was starting to get iffy

Cable Crunch - this is as heavy as the stack goes. felt not a thing in the ol abs. The good news is my hamstrings are getting stronger and no longer try to cramp as much when doing this.
