Default

Benched 350x1 for 10 lb. PR then 365x1 for 25 lb. PR - plenty of speed and room for improvement...+35 pounds to bench in the past month. Workout partner worked up to 225 for the first time ever a month ago and got it for 4, today bench 265x1.
