was just trying to get on this "healthy" kick with food and trying to get the most out of my food. I obviously know whole milk is best for growth but it has too much fat and other hormones i do not want. i have been messing around with organic fat free milk, almond milk, and lactose free (lactaid milk). From the looks of it the lactaid milk has more protein but also more fat and calls...i heard almond milk is the best since it is dairy free and a better type of fat but their is legit 1 gram of protein.
Basically I'm just seeing what you guys think the best milk is for staying lean and big...basically "lean bulk". basically something you can drink during a cut.
