Always been drawn towards Sheiko and I think it's about time to leave my comfort zone and do some real work so 29-37-32 Sheiko for the next few months.

Overtucking on bench as its the only way I can activate right lat properly and keep my shoulder in. Biceps were tender on the eccentrics which started to kill my bench. Everything was fine today, took a long long time to loosen hips up after the last few days but squats were no problem by set 3 of 140.
