bb row @ 79.5kg 10/9/9 = 28 + 4 (25)rep goal + 2.5kg

standing btnp @ 47kg 10/8/5 = 23 (25)rep goal

ez bar curls @ 40kg 9/7/5 = 21 (25)rep goal

dips @ bw 13/9/8 = 30 (max reps)


decided not to add weight to the bench press today but i upped the rep goal to 25 instead of 20.

ok workout today i expected a bit more but i stil made some progression so better then none.
