Don't stress it too much. I know you're concerned with meeting your goal for the year, but keep in mind that life happens, and how you deal with it will define you. You can brood over it, or pick up your training where you're at right now and make the best of your situation. You've already accomplished more in the past, so you KNOW you're capable.
Stop stressing and go back to enjoying the iron!
