Saturday strongman
Back is still hurting but took a little lighter

120 each hand x 2 x 50 ft
160 x 2 x 50 ft
210 x 2 x 50 ft
250 picked it but my back hurt so I stopped
160 x 300 ft, dropped and picked every 50 ft
This was rough

Tire flips
A bunch of singles and doubles

Zerchers squats
Set bar on rack so I was right at parallel at the bottom
135 x 2 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 3 singles
225 x 2

Still having some pain in my back but happy with this session
