Thanks guys, been busy and a little frustrated the last few days.

Thursday my back was killing me. Actually my entire body was sore, really deep soreness. So I just loosened up and stretched. Then crushed food.

Friday got back on track

Agility training

Ladder drills
30 minutes of various drills

5 short sprints

Decline sit ups and side bends

Got back on track
