Haha @ the hip drive comment. After all that drinking my abs got a workout as well lol. Thanks jimbo, I need to squat and deadlift with a variation at least twice a week. Same with bench and ohp.
Tips for improving hip drive? Currently incorporating ghrs, good mornings, rdls. Any other suggestions?
