Squats - raw, belt only - no wraps.

600x3 *working set.. felt heavy and slow lol - still beat up from the meet*
545x3 *dropped for last working set... back pumps started kicking in*
465x4x2 *drop sets... BACK PUMPS WERE HELLACIOUS!*

Front Squats
235 x 5 x 3 sets *back pump is still there, but dont feel as bad on this*

good mornings - narrow
120kgs x 8 x 3sets *thank god for hips drive*

reverse hypers
