I never had a problem with it. I just trained at the same time relative to when I woke up. Wake up at 4am train at 7am ish. Wake up at 2pm train at 7pm ish. Diet is same, I don't eat breakfast so eat 3-4 hours after I wake up. Now I train later in the day and its even easier.
