Day 22

2 scoops of Juggernaut (Raspberry) HP mix with 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein. Gave me good kick in.

Felt good and strong. Full of energy but mad at the same time. I was told yesterday that my Physical test was move to the end of the month. This mean that I can't train super heavy my last two week of April to get ready for the meet that I was planning to go. Everything is moving at least two to three weeks to the right.

At least I know that I can use Juggernaut HP not only to lift weights but also to add cardio to my bag of tricks. My run is improving, as well my gym routine.
But I want and I need to stop running (right after physical test) to increase big time those squats!!! Let you guys know as soon I find a good meet.

In the mean time...eat, train, sleep & repeat!!!
