Deadlift Day... Slept wrong or something. One of my ribs on the back is just sore as hell. Really didn't seem to effect my lifting thou. So that was good. Other then that I just wasn't feeling it today, but over all still had a decent day. Next week on deadlift day. I think I can snag a new PR... Then I have to me smart since I have a meet in a few weeks. Maybe I shouldn't try for a PR...
