Thats odd . . .
I have quite developed Upper Traps . .compared to the rest of my physique.
Even My Physio reinforced this when I had a session recently for back muscle injury.
But I do no shrugs etc etc
All I do in the Gym that would work Traps are Heavy Deadlifts, As Heavy as I can Bent over Barbell rows ( With scapular retraction at the outset of the movement. ) and Standing Barbell Press, ( Are they used on Bench Press?? )
According to that article I shouldn't have these muscles up the side of my neck.
