Jog for 18 minute. Then went to the Sauna for 10 to stretch and relax.

Warm up

Did some tweaking to my routine. Want to try something with less reps for two weeks and the pick it up again for three weeks. That will put me in the week prior to my meet. However, still a lot of reps,sets and weight...

2 X 225 X 5

1 X 225 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 245 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 240 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 275 x 5

1 x 265 x 5

1 x 260 x 5

1 x 245 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 235 + 50LBS Chain x 5

still 10 sets with more chain sets on it...Will let you know in two - three weeks if notice any difference as soon I start going up in reps and weight...

DB row @ 100lbs

Pull Over @ 100lbs

3 x 10

Lying Lat raise @ 30lbs

3 x 10

Finish with three sets of Push ups (close, normal and wide)

3 x 35

Drank my Juggernaut HP (2 scoops) before my warm up and drank one more scoop during the whole session. Feel good, I finish full of energy and I know I have more energy to keep going...Don't think my wife will appreciate that...See you tomorrow with lower body...
