Weighted Triangle Chin Up 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

Weighted Chest Dip 4 x 6-8 RPT

Great progression today, that makes two consecutive chest days with solid progression on flat bench.

I am currently 18.5 hours fasted, time down 3,000 calories in the next 6 hrs.
