A great week so far despite being a little weak on Monday. Had to bench in the Smith Machine and forgot my log and couldn't remember what weight I was at. Bummed I didn't PR at that weight.
Deads felt good, Back is still cooperating. Picked up a couple pull ups so that made my day!
Today's shoulder work exceeded all previous efforts. Yay!
