Not a bad session tonight. Bench was a bit wonky but came up ok. Slingshot triples were challenging but comfortable. Squats were up in weight but down in reps from last time. Didn't allow myself any bad form though. As soon as I started leaning forward, I stopped the set. Grooving good form, not bad. Assistance was ok. As always those reps are as much a mental challenge as anything but I got them all done so weights up next time.

Overall I'm pleased with how it went. Starting to get back into a groove in the gym.
