Little something to add to the plan (which I got from reading Mike Hedlesky stuff):
After I've completed my normal accessory work, which is minimal and consists of bench down sets, front squats, and back movements (day dependent), I'll be working to hit these numbers total in the run of the week:
500 band pushdowns
500 ham curls
500 "reps" of an ab movement (I'll probably count 1 second during timed things as a rep for now)
That is all. Getting my motivation back a bit.
