Thanks Tom! It's going to be epic this time. No more crapping out at certain weights. Usually it was at a 410+ squat. The MedX machine and the diet/supp changes are taking care of that.
Never in a million years did I ever consider the fact my lower back was super-weak for the last 25 years, and that my other muscles were making up foir it. This was causing me to crap out at a 410+ squat.
