3/28: Morning weight of 169.6
This is below my pre-prep weight - was looking/feeling a little soft in the mid section but definitely tighter everywhere else. Obviously I won't be hitting 500+g carbs on a regular backload but it was fun. Will be experimenting with 2x bw in carbs after today's overhead + accessory. I'm really gonna try to hit it with a bunch of volume so that I truely earn the backload - should be good motivation to progress.
