Im the opposite. I have great cycles then loose it at the meet.

Me bench night. Just trying to get more solid work in.

Incline presses

405*1
All were pretty easy except the 405. I worked a little for it. I did all of these with no handoff.

2 board bench
405*6> really odd after doing inclines. Just wanted to feel a few reps here

dbell presses
70's*12*3

triceps
3 sets to failure

dbell biceps curls
3 sets

Solid day. Strength is coming back and stress is just about gone.
