You have no idea how much I wish I could claim "suprised your mom from behind, broke the bed with her doing the bucking bronco trying to escape" but I can't. Thanks for your inquiringism. I fell asleep watching tv.

Neck update. No doctor, today I'm thinking it could be my right trap. It has improved, I can swivel my head better, but still immediate headache if I jerk in any way.


Wednesday 27th / Thursday 28th of March
After 2 am
Heavy bench 2 on freaking whacked schedule.
Goal is 85% for 3x2

Close grip bench
210lbs 2x2
215x3

Tried close grip incline and got bicep pain.

Did a couple PRs on single-arm dumbell overheads. 100lbs then 110 but I need to work on lockout. Can't hold at the top.

Video in just a sec of the 110 overhead and 100lb hammer curls, by request.
